2016: Timing Meets Vision

In November 2016, just four days before India’s demonetization - Paramotor Digital Technology was founded at a pivotal moment in the country’s digital payments story. What began as a fintech company focused on payments for small businesses was shaped by rapid change and real-world needs. Where others saw disruption, we saw an opportunity to build simple, reliable digital value systems for everyday use.

From Fintech Payments to SaaS for Everyday Value

Our journey began in the heart of payments, helping individuals and small businesses to acquire,  issue, store, and distribute digital value with ease. As usage grew and needs became more diverse, we evolved beyond payments into a SaaS-led value infrastructure, designed to support gifting, rewards, spending, and loyalty across daily consumer and small-business interactions. This evolution reinforced our belief: accessible infrastructure empowers long-term participation in the digital economy.

The Mission: Making Digital Value Simple and Useful

From Mumbai, we set out to build what we call Value Infrastructure Technology for consumers and small businesses. Our modular, programmable SaaS platforms make it easy to create, manage, and share digital value, whether it’s spending, gifting, or rewarding, across trusted consumer and merchant networks.

The Architecture

Our platform is built as a secure, multi-tenant, API-driven infrastructure, designed for reliability at scale. With deep integrations across banks, PPI license holders, issuers, and merchant partners in India, we ensure that consumers and small businesses can transact with confidence, compliance, and speed.
