Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – Loyalty & Gift Card Solutions

Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing high-value enterprise accounts. You will develop strategic relationships with decision-makers in retail, e-commerce, financial services, hospitality, and other industries, positioning our loyalty and gift card solutions as a critical part of their customer engagement and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target enterprise-level prospects, leveraging networks, outbound outreach, and partnerships.

Solution Selling: Understand client business models, pain points, and objectives to position our loyalty and gift card offerings effectively.

Enterprise Account Management: Drive the entire sales cycle — from discovery and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and product/tech teams.

Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to company growth targets.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategies.

Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.

Pipeline Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 8+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, loyalty, rewards,prepaid instruments and payment solutions, SaaS, or related industries.

Enterprise Sales -Head

Key Responsibilities:
Perform complete reconciliation of accounts (bank, vendors, customers, inter-company, etc.) on a regular basis.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of expenses, sales invoices, vouchers, and bills.
Handle bank KYC, compliance, and related documentation as required.
Support in the preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
Process and verify expense claims, petty cash, and vendor invoices.
Ensure timely data entry and accurate record keeping in accounting systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors, banks).
Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by management to support the finance function.


Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, documentation, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Accounts Assistant

Experienced Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for verifying and validating features within each sprint, helping to deliver bug-free and timely releases. Prior fintech experience will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Verify and validate developed features against requirements and user stories.
•	Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
•	Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
•	Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to maintain high-quality standards.
•	Maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
•	Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align QA activities with delivery goals.
Requirements:
•	3+ years of professional experience in software testing or QA roles.
